Many people have been complaining & asking how to solve this. The Logitech Unifying Software cannot see your receivers. Other apps, like AIDA64, can see the Unifying receiver. The following is true for all of our Windows 11 machines, using all of their USB ports: The Windows Device Manager can see the Unifying receiver. People have been submitting requests regarding this issue for at least three months.
Your downloads page specifies that there isn't a version of the Unifying Software for Windows 11. In case we aren't being sufficiently clear, please see these images to help. Install the old SetPoint app, and now the Unifying Software works under Windows 11. EDIT: /u/Stonedbutnotanxious found a solution.
